With a combined track record of over $180 million in sales, Jayme Minor and Adam Jones don’t just know sales. They’ve mastered it. But what sets them apart isn’t just their numbers. It’s how they got there and why they do what they do.
Their road to those jaw-dropping sales numbers wasn’t free of challenges.
Jayme, the natural extrovert. Adam, the business-minded strategist. Two very different personalities, brought together by fate… and Kijiji. Their relationship began as a professional connection, built on mutual respect, sharing of knowledge, and a no-BS approach.
Over time, both faced traumatic personal experiences, mental health struggles, and toxic work environments that nearly broke them. But rather than tearing the two apart, these challenges brought them closer than they could’ve imagined.
For Jayme, rock bottom was struggling with alcohol and drug abuse. Stepping away from sales to go to rehab felt like the end, but it became his turning point. Upon his return, he led with honesty about where he’d been and what he’d struggled with. Rather than judgement, he was met with respect, trust, and higher sales numbers than ever before.
For Adam, it was traumatic family experiences and grueling business challenges that led him to his aha moment. In the depths of these hardships, he recognized what mattered most: mental health, family, and being true to his own values. By shifting his focus to authentic connection, he found stability amongst the ebbs and flows, and unlocked the kind of success that lasts.
When life brought Adam and Jayme back together, their bond had strengthened. They pushed each other—supporting and encouraging their wins and challenging their weaknesses with constructive criticism.
Climbing from rock bottom to closing millions in deals wasn’t about luck or talent. It was about one thing: authenticity.

In 2018, a DUI charge and a subsequent Suspension from his Dream Job changed everything.
2 Months of Rehab and a 6 Year Journey of Sobriety later, Jayme Minor is not only sharing the benefits of Sobriety, he is mentoring the future wave of Sales Professionals to achieve their Personal and Professional Goals.
Jayme has helped his company MAXgreen Windows, Siding and Roofing grow its revenue by 356% since joining as a Partner in 2018.
Jayme is not afraid of new challenges or to pick up the phone to make a call and establish a new relationship.

Named Top 40 Under 40 in 2016, Adam graduated with Honours with a Business Degree in 2003 at the young age of 20.
As an ambitious 20 year old with a Business Degree, Adam assumed he had the skills to step in and run any business. Turns out that's not how the Real World works.
While initially reluctant to step into a sales role, given how the media portrayed Salespeople in general, Adam took this new challenge Head-On. With the same dedication and work ethic he had in school, he quickly learned the Real World taught much different and more valuable lessons than any Textbook or Case Study could.
After 5 years of Mentorship from experienced Sales and Management Leaders, he landed his first Professional Management Role. Using his "Book Smarts" and Real World experience, he led his team to "Branch of the Year" honours, by exceeding his revenue budget by $750,000+ and cutting expenses by $250,000+, leading to over $1,000,000 of additional profit to the company.
Following a 3 Month Sabbatical to Travel to Australia and New Zealand, Adam tested his skills out in Business to Business Sales and offered Sales Consulting services to another small business.
After the Small Business Adam was working with went into Bankruptcy (with over $25K owed to him), he decided to start his own business, MAXgreen Windows and Doors. In the 16 years since taking that huge leap of faith, MAXgreen has achieved over $80,000,000 in total sales, with $100MM projected to be hit in 2025.
Adam's primary business focus is on Strategy, Systems, Processes and Team Motivation, but with a background in B2B and B2C sales, he can help you take the next step in your career.
Adam has been married for 10 Years and has 3 Children (11, 9, 6) and enjoys Traveling, Camping, Hockey, Cars, Lego and Learning about Business.
